- RGI pays 50% of employee only premium

- $20,000 Life Insurance Policy - Paid by the Employee
After 6 months of service with RGI, you will be eligible to participate in:
- 401(k) Retirement Program - Contribute up to 85% of your annual income. RGI will Contribute .25 on each dollar you contribute, up to the first 4%.
After 1 year of service with RGI:
- 1 week paid personal time off
- Health Insurance - RGI will pay 75% of the Employee only
- Dental Insurance - will be paid by RGI for Employee only
After 2 years of service with RGI:
- 2 weeks paid personal time off
